Bouldering

Bouldering is essentially rock climbing lower to the ground and without a rope or harness for support. The climber will still use climbing shoes and a chalk bag as well as have a safety pad underneath of them as they climb. The routes tend to be much shorter, but with potentially trickier moves. Bouldering can really challenge a person’s strength, balance and agility.
