As TASP’s Operations Director, M’Lin oversees the organization’s day-to-day database and program administration, registration, and staff management. Don’t be fooled though — some days, you’ll find her on the mountain, giving skiing, snowboarding, or rock climbing lessons! 

M’Lin’s experience encompasses quantitative analysis, project management, and outdoor recreation programming. Before TASP, M’Lin worked with a range of groups: at Girl Scout camps, a backcountry wilderness therapy organization for youth offenders, and as an agroforestry Peace Corps volunteer in The Gambia. Today, M’Lin carries these top-notch leadership skills and operational framework to masterminding TASP’s behind-the-scenes efforts. 

M’Lin holds bachelor’s degrees in physics, mathematics, and statistics. She has been a Wilderness First Responder since 2006. She has completed the Rock Climbing Single Pitch Instructor Course (American Mountain Guides Association) and is a Level 2 Adaptive Skiing Instructor (Professional Ski Instructors of America) and a Level 1 Adaptive Snowboarding Instructor (American Association of Snowboard Instructors). M’Lin is conversational in two languages: American Sign Language (ASL) and the West African language Wolof. She also knows the basics in Spanish and German.
